We had the most amazing time at Tigmiza Boutique Hotel & Spa. The property is absolutely beautiful with its traditional Moroccan look and feel. The gardens are huge and filled with flowers and palm trees, creating a truly amazing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a villa with a private pool, which was like a dream come true. The villa itself was spacious and luxurious, with a master bedroom and a huge shower. The view from the balcony over the Palmeries was breathtaking. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the nearby medina, making it easy to explore the fascinating city. I highly recommend Tigmiza Boutique Hotel & Spa for a perfect holiday experience.

The location, about a 20-minute drive from town, allowed for a more peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel offered convenient in-house transport to the center one late afternoon, making exploring the city a breeze. Upon arrival, I was greeted in a beautifully designed welcome area with colorful cushions, instantly making me feel at ease. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom boasting a rain shower. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and satisfying, giving me the energy I needed to start my day. The view from the hotel was stunning, allowing me to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The facilities, such as the European-style restaurant, offered a variety of dining options to suit every taste.

I did experience a minor inconvenience during my stay that I feel needs to be mentioned. The wifi at the hotel was not up to par and could have been improved.

The hotel is a beautiful oasis away from the city. The staff is attentive and friendly, especially Aissam who made our stay special. The chef catered to my dietary needs with delicious gluten-free options. The shuttle bus to the Medina was convenient. We loved our stay and will return soon!

Beautiful surprise upgrade to a spacious villa with refreshing pools. Friendly and helpful staff who made the stay great. the complementary shuttle service to the city center was a huge win. the breakfast was superb too.

The menu for dinner was limited and could be improved to offer more variety. the pool bar could have had more options and been slightly updated.
