The hotel is clean and has great facilities, including a delicious breakfast. It is conveniently located near Carbis Bay beach and is not far from everything you need. The hotel is also situated down the hill and is quite near a bus route into St Ives, making transportation easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a lovely stay.

We got great value for our money with a clean and spacious room, complete with a lovely en-suite bathroom and a breakfast area with patio doors leading to the front garden. The location was excellent, with easy access to St. Ives via the nearby bus route, and both Carbis Bay beach and the town were within walking distance. The owner, Adrian, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.
