The hotel provided a feeling of personal care and addressed specific requirements. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. We received a discount due to the pool being renovated, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and well laid out. The location of the hotel was in a quiet area. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food to choose from. The staff helped to organize special requests for celebrations, such as bringing flowers and a birthday cake, as well as printing a birthday card. The staff also helped with purchasing items for donations to the morning walking monks and organized everything in small packages.

I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel in Mandalay for a week. The hotel is set in a beautiful garden with a pool and a delightful restaurant. The staff, led by Mr. Nan, were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with all our travel needs. The happy hour cocktails and delicious food, especially the avocado and tomato salad and French toast, were highlights of our stay. The hotel provided a peaceful oasis in the midst of the bustling city.

During our recent stay at The Hotel By The Red Canal, we were amazed by the stunning views from the hotel's entrance. The lush and compact garden gave the hotel a unique charm that is not often seen in this city. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering hot towels and refreshing beverages upon our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary 25-minute foot massage coupon at check-in. Additionally, the hotel had a generous offer of a free cocktail by the pool between 6-7pm. The Spice Garden restaurant served delicious Indian cuisine, and our Chin room had a delightful outside area overlooking the garden and stream. we had an exceptional experience and would definitely stay here again.

The small, comfortable rooms and the great layout of the hotel made my stay enjoyable. The hotel has a colonial atmosphere, and it was always kept clean and tidy.
