The location is excellent, within walking distance of Baines shopping center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large eating area. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool area is a great place to relax and wind down.

The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and not very effective.

The front desk lady was helpful. Housekeeping kept the room clean. Breakfast was included and had a menu. Friendly staff, practical room layout with enough space and well-placed plugs. Lovely pool and well-equipped gym. Quiet area, walking distance to shopping center.

The rooms at Esperanca Guesthouse are beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby throughout the night. Additionally, the location of the guesthouse provided a sense of security with a gated entrance and on-site security.

While the guesthouse had many positives, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The shower in my room had a drainage issue, causing it to clog, and I had to take a cold shower.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this guesthouse! Loved the great location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a mini fridge and a nice work area. Plus, the complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. the security guard was always present, which made us feel very safe.

Although the breakfast was included in the price, it wasn't the best. the options were very limited and we had to ask for fruit, yogurt, and cereal.

The hotel is a great value for the money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the city center, it offers a tranquil atmosphere. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and come with basic amenities, including a smashing breakfast with A/C and included, which adds to the overall satisfaction of the stay.

All aspects of this hotel were perfect.

We had a great stay at Esperanca Guesthouse for 5 nights. The staff was fantastic and even arranged last-minute airport transport for us. The room was very comfortable and the facility was clean and quiet. We loved the warm water in the pool and the free breakfast was a nice touch. Ms. Johana and Ms. Emerencia were professional, kind, and well-trained. They even wrapped up my breakfast when I couldn't have it earlier. The hotel also has 24/7 security which was reassuring. We also enjoyed shopping at their gift shop and already miss their adorable kitty.

Totally recommend this hotel.

wonderful little guesthouse centrally located in windhoek. great starting point for our trip. accommodating of dietary needs, even asked us our preferences for breakfast. had a pool and gym onsite.

Parking can be tight.
