Exceptional service, newly built with good room size and nice view. Awesome breakfast with wide variety. 5 minutes to the casino and 20 minutes to the main tourist market. Beautiful poolside bar. Highly recommended for tourists. Good value.

During my stay at Hyatt Place, I was impressed by the stunning views from the hotel. It was truly breathtaking to see the snow-capped Himalayas right outside my window. The breakfast served was delicious and the chef personally greeted guests, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. The staff, including the friendly and accommodating bartender, made my stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping service was exceptional, ensuring that my room was always tidy. I had a great experience.

There were a couple of minor issues. The shower in my room leaked, resulting in a flooded bathroom every day.

During my recent stay at the Hyatt Place, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from my room. I was in room 1110 and the outside view was absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the cleanliness of the washroom impressed me, it was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also quite good, with a satisfying variety of options.

My Thanksgiving vacation was surprisingly pleasant. the hotel was quite new and offered great value for money. the room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the city from the top floor. the staff were very friendly and the bar had unique cocktails that were to die for! One added advantage was the spa, which provided a top-notch service.

The location was a bit off the beaten path, which made it difficult to access tourist attractions. And when walking to and from the hotel, there were quite a few stray dogs on the street which made me feel unsafe.

The staff at Hyatt Place were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel also had delicious food options, including authentic Nepali cuisine, and a convenient 24/7 room service. The swimming pool offered beautiful views of the hills and skies, along with a bar serving refreshing drinks and snacks. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided great views.

The view from the room was breathtaking. the exclusive amenities here provided a luxurious experience. the staff at the front desk and restaurant were exceptional in their service. the food was delicious, and the breakfast had an impressive range of veg and non-veg options. Leisure/TV room, swimming pool and bar/lounge area was great. the private facilities here were just what I needed to have the ultimate relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

The airport is quite far away, and the hotel is located slightly away from the city center. This minor issue is overshadowed by the luxurious experience here, and in my opinion a little distance from the city center is the perfect way to unwind and relax.
