Excellent value for money in the heart of Thamel. We were thrilled with the location, as it was right in the middle of all the action. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a fantastic stay at Grand. The staff was extremely well behaved and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the air conditioning kept us cool on hot days. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices for tours booked through the hotel's agent. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, value, and attentive service.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and new white towels. The staff provides exceptional service, even going as far as helping guests with hospital visits, showing their dedication. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and good wifi connection.

The welcome gift in the room was missing, which would have been a nice touch.

Great amenities and perfect location. the complementary breakfast was excellent and there was a good variety of food options. the hotel was brilliantly located and very easy to find, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Another advantage was the efficient air conditioning system in the rooms, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

Lack of toiletries in the bathroom and no lifts in the building. It would have been nice for basic toiletries to be provided, as we were caught off guard.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff at Grand gave us a warm and friendly welcome. the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed staying on the 5th floor with access to a lovely terrace. the buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing, with made-to-order omelettes that were delicious and kept us fueled for the day. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a great spot that allowed us to easily explore the city.
