Great hillside guesthouse with beautiful views of the lake, hills, and town. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with new bathrooms, and a long balcony to enjoy the scenery. Helpful owners who assisted with trekking arrangements. Good location near restaurants and bars.

The hotel had a lot of amenities that we enjoyed. the rooftop had a great view of the surrounding city, we could see the fireworks from there on New Year's Eve. the room was also very comfortable and spacious, with a clean bathroom. the staff was accommodating and allowed us to check-in early which was great. the hotel was located in a popular area with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Loud music and partygoers could be heard all night long, which made it difficult to sleep. the area was crowded and busy, making it tough to navigate at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - right on the main street and just a short walk away from all the popular restaurants and bars. The view from my room was absolutely gorgeous, overlooking the lake. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They helped me plan my trek and even arranged for a bathtub in my room upon my return, which was a lovely surprise. Lastly, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
