I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in the heart of Thamel, the bustling market area. Despite being in the center of all the action, the hotel was tucked away on the edge of Thamel, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a TV with a USB port, a kettle with tea and coffee provided, and a sitting area to relax in. The hotel also offered a range of services, such as room service, car hire, and laundry, making it extremely convenient.

Clean and luxurious rooms with precious stone display from Tibet. Friendly and courteous staff offering good service. the hotel offers a reasonable price for a city tour and airport pick-up/drop with comfortable vehicles.

Hot water takes a long time to come. It might be a problem for some if they are in a rush.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay at this centrally located hotel. The spacious room was clean and tidy, with a bathroom that was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even offering to charge my camera equipment during a power outage. The included buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. Although there were occasional noise disturbances from outside, it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I would recommend this hotel.
