The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was within walking distance to popular attractions like museum square and a vibrant shopping and restaurant area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, just as you would expect from a Marriott. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

There were a few issues that could be improved upon. the reception and concierge could have been more helpful and attentive.

I recently spent 3 nights at the Marriott in a deluxe double room. The hotel is well-managed and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was recently refurbished with modern furniture and a large TV. The bathroom was also modern and the shower had great water pressure. The location is excellent, with easy access to museums and tram stops. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and despite facing a busy street, the room was quiet.

Would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location near cafes, restaurants, park, and tram station. Easy access to transit, including bus to airport. Room was upgraded and we were able to check in early. Housekeeping was exceptional. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic concierge. Helpful bell staff.

Fantastic Christmas experience! the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive lights and a grand Christmas tree in the lobby. the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home during the holiday season. the location was perfect, just a short walk from popular Christmas markets and ice skating rinks. We also loved the cozy fireplace in the lounge area, where we could relax and sip on warm holiday drinks. the complimentary hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies were a lovely touch, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Limited dining options during the holiday period. We found that some of the hotel's restaurants and room service menu had limited choices during Christmas.

The hotel is situated in a vibrant location with plenty of good restaurants nearby, allowing guests to explore and dine out easily. The check-in process was smooth, and the concierge staff were knowledgeable and helpful in providing recommendations. The shower handle in the bathroom was convenient and easy to use.

The location of this hotel was perfect - within walking distance of the Museum Quarter and a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. the views from the balcony suite were absolutely breathtaking. It was amazing to wake up and see the beautiful cityscape of Amsterdam right from our room. the executive lounge, despite being temporary, was one of the best I've ever been to, with excellent service and amenities.

The cleanliness of the room was also a letdown, as we found rotten flowers that hadn't been removed during our four-day stay. a significant amount of money was blocked on my credit card and has still not been unblocked after 10 days, which has caused inconvenience and frustration.

The family room with two queen size beds was perfect for accommodating four adults. the spacious room and bathroom made it comfortable for everyone. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to a cinema, banks, restaurants, and clubs. It was also conveniently located along a direct bus route from Schipol airport. the friendly and helpful staff who spoke multiple languages added to the pleasant experience. the hotel was well-run, clean, and relaxing.

There was an early knock on the day of check-out that was not requested, which was a bit disruptive. the city tax bill should have been provided earlier in the morning along with the reminder to check out.

I really got my money's worth staying at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with super comfortable beds. The location was just right, not too far from the city center and with easy tram access. The staff treated me so well, always polite and helpful.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe offering more options.

The transportation options were convenient, with the bus to the airport stopping near the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a hotel just a short walk from the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum. The location was perfect, as it was also just off the Leidse Plein between the "grachten gordel" and the museum district. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel had fantastic facilities and offered a wonderful experience.
