Y'all, the food here is somethin' else! I reckon the breakfast buffet had me feelin' like a kid in a candy store. The staff treated us like family, especially Yasuyo in the Club Lounge. Our room was spacious enough for the kiddos, and they even left chocolates on the pillows—bless their hearts! Can't wait to go back!

The dedicated staff swiftly assisted with my luggage and provided excellent service at the club lounge, making our experience enjoyable. The renovated room had a striking view of Tokyo Tower, enhancing our stay.

It was just a good match for a day tour in Tokyo with best value. The complimentary snacks in the suite were a nice touch. If you’re arriving late, don’t expect immediate help with your bags, but check-in is smooth enough.

this was my second stay in tokyo and the intercontinental exceeded my expectations during this relaxing break. the breakfast was fabulous with a great variety of dishes, and the room was spacious with stunning views. staff were attentive and the hotel was spotless, making my experience truly enjoyable.

i've stayed in tokyo before, but this time at the intercontinental truly exceeded my expectations for our honeymoon. the buffet breakfast was amazing, offering a high standard of diverse food and dietary options. additionally, the room service was not only prompt but also embodied the classic japanese service standards, making our stay delightful.

The lounge was a hit with my family, offering great breakfast options and fun afternoon drinks. We also got excellent help from the concierge, who arranged some wonderful dining experiences.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with a perfect location right next to Ark Hills and just a short stroll to the beautiful Hie Shrine, which made my weekend explorations so enjoyable. the buffet breakfast was incredible with so many delicious options that provided a great start to my days in Tokyo.

It was a great match for a short layover in Tokyo with the best value. The staff went above and beyond to surprise my child with a birthday cake upon arrival. Make sure to check out the buffet downstairs for tasty options.

the staff was incredibly respectful, attentive, and responsive, making every interaction pleasant. the view from my room on the 17th floor was stunning at night, especially with the Tokyo Tower lit up. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, and dessert was absolutely fantastic!

Liked everything.

The buffet breakfast was top-notch, better than expected! I enjoyed thick bath robes during my stay, a nice touch for those cold mornings.

It wasn’t a bargain but still acceptable for what you get.
