Friendly staff, great breakfast, and convenient location near subway.

The only downside was the tobacco smell in the corridors and room, which left our clothes smelling unpleasant. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with an abundance of carefully prepared options to choose from. The location was also excellent, being close to the Ginza line and within walking distance of Roppongi. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the shower. The lobby had a great atmosphere, reminiscent of an intercontinental style. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Intercontinental in Tokyo! the location was perfect, close to the metro and with easy access to taxis. the staff were polite and helpful, especially Phillip the concierge. Our room was spacious and had ample storage, and the curtains were perfect for keeping the room dark. We also enjoyed the buffet at the Cascade Cafe, with a wide variety of food options. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed.

Excellent service and helpful staff. the hotel was conveniently located near the metro and was a pick-up point for many tours. the breakfast buffet was extensive and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, and I had doubts about returning because of this. Additionally, the hotel had limited options for families to have a coffee or a drink in the evening.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop bar.

The housekeeping service could be improved.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a subway station right outside. It made it very convenient to explore the city and get around. the concierge service was top, notch, providing excellent assistance and guidance throughout our stay. A special shout, out to Issei Miyake, san, who went above and beyond to help us retrieve our lost luggage from a taxi. the concierge desk was always available and provided helpful information on navigating Tokyo.

The air conditioning in the room was not very effective and felt weak. It made the room a bit uncomfortable at times, especially during hot weather.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the subway and the city's main attractions. The staff provided excellent customer service and were always friendly and helpful. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had great facilities.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week while exploring the city. The location is perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to attractions. By signing up for a loyalty card, I enjoyed free WIFI and a later checkout time. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The champagne bar overlooking the reception was a great spot to relax, and the restaurants offered faultless dining experiences. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance for the two michelin star french restaurant on the 37th floor with stunning views.

Everything was fantastic.

Fantastic facilities and kind staff. Breakfast buffet had diverse options and great service. the hotel offered free shuttle service to the airport and had a beautiful view from the pool.

While some staff were friendly, not all were knowledgeable about the area. It was quite noisy at night due to the large number of guests.
