We stayed at the Marriott for three nights and loved it! The newly remodeled room was modern and spacious, with a rain head shower and great lighting in the bathroom. We appreciated the small details, like the hook on the wall for hanging clothes. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for our event, and the pool was warm and relaxing. Early check-in was a bonus!

This hotel was perfect for my specific business purposes as it is easy to get to right off the highway. The location was ideal and the staff were very accommodating in setting up conference meetings in the main entry "pit" with spacious 6' folding tables. The rooms were very spacious and accommodated our groups well, making it a good value for the price.

All in all, everything was ok, with no major issues.

Dirty rooms and poor customer service. The rooms were not clean and there were paint splotches on the carpet and tile.

This hotel provided great value for money, especially considering the prices of other accommodations we looked at for our event. The attention to detail was impressive, with everything looking new and nice after a recent renovation. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the event center and within walking distance of many restaurants, giving us a wide range of eating choices. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service, from the warm welcome at the M Lounge to the nice conversations with Susan. The rooms, especially with the pull out couch, were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast included in our stay was also a pleasant surprise, with an excellent buffet and even an omelette station.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this well-appointed hotel. Due to some construction, my room was upgraded to a spacious corner suite with two rooms. The hotel staff were all incredibly polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a variety of convenient amenities such as an abundance of electrical and USB outlets, a pre-wired television for laptop use, and a desk equipped with an outlet/data/charging center. The presence of a small refrigerator and microwave in the suite was an added bonus. Despite ongoing renovations, the hotel made an effort to minimize disruptions by limiting construction to daytime hours. The location was also excellent, with easy access to major streets and a variety of dining options nearby. I especially appreciated the convenience of the Middleton Trolley, which was free and stopped at the hotel twice an hour. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

During my recent stay at the Madison Marriott West, I had the pleasure of meeting Susan from the M club. She went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Susan brought out food for us earlier than scheduled, showing her dedication and genuine care for the guests. She truly embodies the spirit of a "Salt of the Earth" person. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The staff at this hotel, including Susan, are friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome throughout your stay.
