We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was superb, with three major supermarkets within walking distance. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping was impeccable and the laundry service was a bonus. We also appreciated the shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance offered. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace provided a lovely space to relax, and the in-room safe gave us peace of mind. The dining table was a convenient addition for enjoying meals in the room. The soundproofed rooms ensured a quiet and restful night's sleep, and the garden furniture outside added a nice touch. The free toiletries, washing machine, and cookware/kitchen utensils were all great features. Spent Easter at a hotel near Rotterdam. Lovely staff and modern, clean rooms. the breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh bread and vegetables. Also enjoyed having a kettle in the room. the location was great, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions.

The room's Wi-Fi only worked when closer to the door, and we had to ask for our room to be made up. There was also noise from renovations after 6 PM, and parking was expensive.
