even though the location was decent, the stairs are absurdly steep and gave me quite the workout. I expected a room upgrade after my troublesome check-in experience but alas, the staff remained indifferent. Plus, the walls are so thin, I could hear my neighbors. Honestly, I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.
