We stayed in a hotel located close to the train station that made it easy to explore various parts of the city. The tram stop was right next to the hotel making it easy to get to the city centre. The room was comfortable with a mood pad that controlled the atmosphere, while the soundproofed windows ensured a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was limited but the bacon and eggs were nice.

The shower doors were a bit temperamental and caused some issues during my stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms that were well-organized. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options like the train station and tram stop. The hotel's proximity to Amsterdam Zuid station made it convenient for me to travel to and from the airport in just a few minutes. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the wifi worked flawlessly throughout my stay.

The value for money at Citizenm was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that had innovative bathroom features. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of public transport and the RAI. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more vegan options.

We were impressed with this hotel. It was in a nice area close to a tram stop and south of the city center. The staff who cared about hospitality were wonderful, providing a great service. The room amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, in-room safe, and free toiletries made our stay comfortable. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax, as was the leisure/TV room.

We highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our room at CitizenM was peaceful, with no noise from other guests. The high-tech room with spacious capsules for the WC and shower was great. The bar staff, especially Elisa, were superb. We will definitely be staying here again! highly recommended.

The hotel had great amenities and technology in the room was impressive. the comfortable beds and clean rooms were also amazing. the location was easily accessible with a nearby train station and tram stop within walking distance.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the center and transportation was not reliable in the evening, which made it difficult to get back to the hotel after a long day out.
