I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Guadalajara recently. The value for money was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to all the markets and shopping areas, as well as the historical center. The staff were extremely helpful and honest, even returning a forgotten purse without hesitation.

The only breakfast option that could have been improved was the variety of TV channels in English.

The subway station that takes you to the central bus station is also close by at the historical center plaza. As a solo traveler, I found it very convenient to explore the city and return to Mexico City using the subway. The hotel itself is spacious and boasts a restaurant near the lobby. The customer service was excellent, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The pool was also quite large, though some additional chairs would have been nice. the hotel's location and amenities were great.
