I recently stayed at University Park Inn & Suites in Davis for a quick visit to my son at UCD. The staff was outstanding, friendly, and helpful. The room was perfectly appointed with comfortable beds and a big bathtub with lots of jets. The grounds were beautiful, and despite being close to freeways and a main road, the rooms were quiet. The location was convenient, close to UCD, shopping, and downtown. The price was beyond reasonable. This will be my go-to property for future visits.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was like a little apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom, restroom, kitchen, living room. The bed was super comfortable and there was a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The shower was huge and had a nice window in the roof. The parking area was large, so finding a spot was easy. The hotel also had a beautiful lobby with plenty of snacks for breakfast. The location was great, close to the city center and some fabulous eateries in downtown. It was also right next to the freeway exit, making it convenient to find and get to.

Nothings: The noise from traffic and the train running through this city was a little bothersome.

We loved the cute and spacious room with a sitting area and desk, perfect for hanging out with friends. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even late at night. The location next to Dutch Bros and near the freeway was convenient.

I was impressed by the value for money this hotel provided. Not only was the location close to downtown and the UC Davis arboretum, but it was also situated right by the railroad tracks which were raised, so the noise didn't bother me at all. Plus, we were just a quick walk away from some amazing restaurants.

We recently stayed at University Park Inn & Suites for our overnight stop on a road trip from Tucson, AZ. We were pleasantly surprised by the great-sized room and the convenient location. Being close to downtown made it easy to find food and restaurants. We loved that there was a convenience store and an In-N-Out Burger just across the road. Plus, having a coffee shop right next door was a bonus. The hotel even offered free rental bikes, which we used to explore the town. And having a washing machine and dryer onsite was super convenient for our long journey.

We highly recommend this hotel.
