As youngsters, we loved the fluffy beds, perfect ham, feather down covers, and the complimentary slippers at each side of the bed. The rooms were comfortable with a spacious bathroom and gorgeous toiletries. The Jean George restaurant's room service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The location was perfect for exploring Museum Mile and shopping on the Upper East Side.

I recently stayed at The Mark on the Upper East Side for a week-long trip. The cozy and beautiful room overlooked a leafy street and provided a perfect location near shops, yoga studios, and a pharmacy. The marble bathroom with an amazing bathtub made me feel pampered, and the fresh squeezed juices and La Durée macarons at turn down were a delightful touch. The hotel's interior design was incredible, and the staff provided exquisite service. The location was great, with easy access to Central Park, galleries, and shops. The bar and restaurant were also nice, and the personal trainer, Dan Flores, was fantastic. I can't wait to return and try their signature picnic in the park baskets.

The staff at this boutique hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted us with smiles and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our city break. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions and shopping areas just a short walk away.

Although the hotel provided excellent amenities, such as a well-equipped gym and quality toiletries, the bar service was a bit lacking. The drinks were expensive and didn't taste very strong, and the service at the tables was not up to the same high standards as the rest of the hotel.

We loved the central location, close to the tourist attractions and easy to get around. The hotel provided free bikes and a free taxi ride if available. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even helping us park our rental car. The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing, especially the avocado toast. The gym facilities were great too.
