Gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Convenient location for my graduation celebration. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Upgraded to a superior suite. Beautiful lobby and outdoor pool area. Plenty of seating and smoking areas. Great recommendations for places to visit.

I want to give a special shoutout to Maria, the receptionist, who was the friendliest and most helpful person I've ever encountered in the hotel industry. She provided excellent suggestions for places to visit and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like having a bathtub in the room and the overall value for money. a great experience!

the rooms were very spacious and classy, with great furniture and a large TV. Secondly, the kitchen appliances were awesome, allowing me to cook and prepare my own meals. Lastly, the hotel was in a fantastic location, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I recently had a great stay at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were affordable and I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The staff, especially the receptionist Brad, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I had a noise issue with my initial room, and Brad quickly resolved it by upgrading me to a superior suite in a quiet corner of the hotel. This level of service really impressed me. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient. It was easy to access and had everything I needed nearby. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

We had a great stay at Residence Inn. The lobby area was clean and welcoming, and the outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious, nicely furnished, and had a great TV. The kitchen appliances were also a nice bonus.

The shower in our room was a bit strange. It had a glass frame that didn't close all the way, so the floor would get wet.

We were pleasantly surprised by the snacks and drinks waiting for us when we got to the room. the location was perfect for our romantic getaway, as it was situated near several restaurants and shops. the bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.

Our stay was not without its issues. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we noticed several hairs on the floor and countertop.
