I had a noise issue with my initial room, and Brad quickly resolved it by upgrading me to a superior suite in a quiet corner of the hotel. This level of service really impressed me. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient. It was easy to access and had everything I needed nearby. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the snacks and drinks waiting for us when we got to the room. The location was perfect for our romantic getaway, as it was situated near several restaurants and shops. the bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.

Our stay was not without its issues. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we noticed several hairs on the floor and countertop.
