Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast spread.

I faced multiple issues during my stay. First, the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to wait until the next day for it to be fixed. The lighting in the sink area was incredibly poor. there was hardly any illumination besides a weak backlit mirror. Additionally, the whirlpool jets didn’t work, and the room wasn't cleaned on the second day, despite being assured it would be.

The staff was super friendly at check-in, welcoming members of different Marriott tiers! Lots of amenities like a fridge and microwave in spacious rooms. Homemade cookies available throughout the day are a nice touch!

Everything was first-rate.

The lobby area was inviting and the breakfast space was pleasant. I had a quiet room during my stay. Breakfast options were acceptable but could improve with better organization. Staff were accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and I experienced no issues with the linens.

The indoor swimming pool was a cozy retreat for the kids, even if it felt a bit brisk! We loved how the jacuzzi provided a relaxing escape after our busy days. My family truly enjoyed the warmth of the building, making every meal and swim time a comfortable delight.

Lighting in the vanity area was dim, relying solely on a backlit mirror. Additionally, I had missing coffee cups that weren't replaced by housekeeping, which added to the annoyances. Plus, the Wi-Fi didn't work for the first few days, which definitely put a damper on my plans.

The staff were super chill, always up for a chat when I got brekkie. My room had a lekker comfy bed and the layout was spacious enough for a good kuier. Plus, the mini fridge was a lifesaver for my snacks!

But the WiFi was a bit dodgy at times, ag man. Would’ve loved if that worked better!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. The staff even helped me return documents I accidentally left during my first stay. I'd recommend it for anyone traveling for work. I'm coming back for a business trip.
