The check-in guy was really nice. Plenty of parking. The room was decent. The elevator worked nicely. Plenty of plug for electronic charges. Close to shopping and dining. Indoor pool great for kids. Good location for events at Verizon Arena.

The location of Courtyard was perfect! It was conveniently situated near the mall and various restaurants, making it easy to find a delicious meal. Plus, with stores like Walmart, Target, and Kroger nearby, I had everything I needed within reach. The onsite restaurant not only served great food, but their drinks were also top-notch.

We were disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in room cleaning. Although the overall cleanliness was good, we found a sock on the floor and a facecloth behind the table in the bathroom.

The deadbolt on our door wasn't working properly, which was a bit concerning. Additionally, the electrical plug next to the bed didn't work, so I couldn't have my phone by me for an alarm.

The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to travel around the city. One of the best aspects was the comfortable beds, which allowed us to get a good night's sleep after a long day exploring.
