Loved the personal touch from housekeeping with gifts!

My stay was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. The spacious room featured a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy atmosphere, making it ideal for either relaxing nights in or exploring nearby restaurants. I loved the fitness center. it had just enough to keep up with my routine without feeling crowded.

the room was too warm, and without a proper food option in the evening, how can one truly relax? i woudl have thought a lovely welcome gift would at least be provided for the inconvenience. it's like they forgot they were dealing with people who have standards.

Spacious apartments with high-quality toiletries!

I was quite disappointed by the hotel staff's lack of consideration. When I informed them of a change in plans over 48 hours in advance, they showed no willingness to accommodate, which felt inconsiderate and frustrating. For a hotel of this stature, I expected better customer service and at least an apology for our inconvenience. This really took away from what could have been an enjoyable stay.

We loved the spacious Two Bedroom Apartments which provided us with plenty of room to relax with our little kids. They really enjoyed the cool view from our apartment and the nearby cafes made dining out fun and easy for the family.

My kids wished there were more activities for them in the hotel.

Anika at the front desk was a gem! She stored our luggage without a fuss when we were rushing to the Van Gogh Museum, Just so nice! The spacious apartment was perfect for our family, lots of room to spread out and the kids loved the welcome gifts they got.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, worth it.

Sure, the room was grand—spacious with a mighty comfy bed! The staff were just lovely, making check-in a breeze. A wee bit of noise from cleaning in the mornings though, but overall, I’d happily return. Great spot for getting into the city!

i had a wonderful stay at july, twenty eight! the room was spacious with a lovely chic decor, making it feel cozy. it’s super close to public transport, so getting to the city center was a breeze. the team was incredible, delivering extra blankets and goodies promptly. local shops were just a short walk away too.

Loved the spacious room and how comfy the bed was. The staff was super nice, always ready to help. Enjoyed the in-room breakfast. it was a nice way to start the day. Just wish the kitchen had a few more utensils for simple cooking. Still, the whole vibe felt like home!

It was just a commendable fit for a brief pause in Amsterdam with exceptional value. The boutique breakfast was more than we could wish for and served right in our room. Make sure to explore the local area for some great restaurants nearby.

the shower was generous, but the early morning cleaning noise was annoying. the kitchenette was excellent for quick meals, and the staff were super helpful! the sauna was wonderfully clean and high standard! 😍🙌

However, the lack of timely housekeeping was frustrating, particularly when I returned to a room that hadn’t been cleaned and made up as requested. Additionally, the location was somewhat distant from the city center, which may not suit everyone’s preferences.
