We had an absolutely breathtaking experience at Twentyseven - Small Luxury Hotels Of the World. the view from our suite overlooking Amsterdam Square was simply breathtaking. the style and decor of both the suite and the hotel itself were exquisite throughout. the staff were extremely polite, informative, and professional. Whether it was recommending nearby restaurants or providing excellent service at the bar, they took great pride in their work. the butler service, particularly Jos, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. the bar served a wide array of spirits, beers, and cocktails, and the staff were a pleasure to engage with. the overall service, from the door to reception to the restaurant and bar staff, was top-notch. This boutique marvel truly exceeded our expectations. the ambiance was breathtaking, and every request was handled masterfully. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable customer experience. It's safe to say that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

We had a minor issue with the air con temperature in our Suite when we arrived, but the staff quickly rectified it. The view from our One Bedroom Suite was breathtaking, directly overlooking Amsterdam Square. The style and decor of the Suite and the entire hotel were exquisite. The sitting room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had a double shower, steam room, adjustable mood lighting, and a Jacuzzi. The bar in our Suite was well stocked with excellent coffee and tea making facilities. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and professional, always offering helpful recommendations. The bar in the hotel served a wide array of spirits, beers, and cocktails, and we even enjoyed a personalized Dutch Gin tasting. The room service was prompt and the meals were of excellent quality.

There was a small issue with a fire alarm in the early hours of the morning, but the staff resolved it quickly. Also, the hotel lacks parking and a visible entrance sign, which can be inconvenient for guests arriving by car.

From the breathtaking views to the luxurious amenities, everything was exquisite. the spacious room featured a Jacuzzi and an impressive double shower with mood lighting, along with exclusive in-room facilities. the personalized butler service made me feel like royalty. the staff was attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests for restaurants and nightlife. the Bar area provided a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere with amazing mixologists.

The difficulty of finding the hotel's entrance, which is located on the top floors of an office building. Nevertheless, this was a minor issue that the reception staff dealt with promptly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city, near shopping centers and just steps away from the central palace. Our room was spacious, well-designed, and had high-tech controls. The bathroom was large and impeccably cleaned. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and provide top-notch service. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options. The view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel even had fun amenities like a telescope and a disco shower.

That parking was not available at the hotel.
