The hotel itself offers excellent service and amenities, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also has a beautiful garden area and facilities like Wi-Fi and a fitness center.

The breakfast spread was delicious and included both continental and cooked options. The location of the hotel was spot on for exploring the nearby museums and city center, with easy access to public transport. the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

The ventilation system was loud and caused the room to be uncomfortably cold. The room size was small with limited space to move around in, but considering the location it's understandable.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff. They were helpful and provided all the necessary information about our stay.

During our stay, we experienced a small issue with our room door not locking properly. However, the hotel staff quickly resolved the problem by moving us to a different room and even offered us complimentary breakfast and drinks at the bar as compensation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the museums, making it easy to get tickets to the Van Gogh museum. It is also very close to the airport shuttle bus stop, making transportation to and from the hotel hassle-free. Getting into the town centre is a breeze with the tram system, and there are plenty of restaurants on Lange Leidsedwarsstraat to choose from.

The noise levels in the hotel can be quite disruptive, especially with thin walls and single-glazed windows.
