Rooftop terrace suite, impressive decor, engaging concierge services

High valet parking costs leave much to be desired!!! The inconsistent cleaning service and unresponsive staff subject guests to unnecessary frustration!!! Room lighting is too dull for repacking, and shower amenities need serious upgrades!!!

We had a wonderful time exploring the area, with vibrant restaurants and shops just steps away. The wine happy hour was a great touch to unwind after long days. The staff was genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly options at breakfast.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed drinks and bites on the Pulitzer Pride Deck, floating past the lavishly decorated boats. The hotel offered fresh interiors and friendly vibes. The bar looked fun, and the breakfast was tasty, though a bit crowded.

Only downside was that bar access was unclear. it seemed to be closed or a private event.

Plus, the complimentary tea station and wine hour added a nice touch. Highly recommend checking out the Joordan neighborhood!

One downside was the shower design. it didn't seal well, leading to water spilling out. This made for a bit of a hassle during our stay.

Had a fantastic time here! the wine hour was a highlight of each evening, pouring generous glasses from 5 to 6, and we really loved the free bike rentals. riding those bikes around was such an Amsterdam thing to do, just unforgettable! They had these little touches like a tea station right by the front, made it feel special.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a cozy bar/lounge, and in-room breakfast. I fondly remember the staff helping me with a room issue even at night. Highly recommend trying Miss Louisa's for coffee and delicious pastries. I'm excited to come back for a romantic escape!
