The staff was exceptionally attentive and accommodating, with special thanks to Daniel for resolving our air conditioning issue promptly. The comfortable bedding and cleanliness of the room added to a pleasant stay overall. Although the breakfast spread could have been more varied, we appreciated the decent selection available, particularly enjoying the waffles. It was a comfortable and convenient stay with great service.

Omg, the location nyc is amazing! so close to times square and all the hot spots. Breakfast was a struggle tho, had to fight for a table. Rooms were cozy and modern, staff could be more helpful. 🗽

Had a blast in NYC thanks to Marriott! The room was surprisingly spacious with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. I chose this hotel for attending a symposium because it provides 2,000 square feet of event space designed for successful meetings in Manhattan, NY. The business centre was at guests' disposal and proved to be a helpful facility during my stay. The location was convenient for accessing key destinations.

The only service that I missed for my work was a lack of reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection in the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and very attentive - our receptionist, Yaya, was lovely. the breakfast, in particular, was really good if you compare it to other hotels in Manhattan. the hotel's location is great and very handy for exploring attractions like the Intrepid Museum and the Manhattan skyline. the room was modern and clean, with fresh towels and bed linens provided daily. What I loved the most was the amazing air conditioning to cool down the room and the fact that the window could open a little for fresh air. the hotel is surrounded by key landmarks such as Times Square and Rockefeller Center, making it a perfect spot to stay in New York City.

One improvement that could be made is the noise level of the heating system. It can be quite loud when switched on, making it hard to leave it on during the night.
