My stay was primarily for visiting Goucher College. What stood out was how the staff went above and beyond. I was provided a luggage carrier upon entering and even had my room changed for more quiet. The breakfast setup was impressive, offering a waffle maker and a variety of options, which started my day off right! The room was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay.

However, the water pressure in the shower could have been better, and the elevator was still undergoing renovations, causing some temporary inconvenience. The check-out process was straightforward, which added to the overall positive experience.

The outdoor pool was absolutely lekker! We spent our afternoons lounging and having some fun. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helped us with a luggage cart right away. Brekkie was solid too—lots of fresh options to start the day, even got a nice view from the dining area.

this hotel is absolutely not worth your time. the air conditioning was broken, leaving us in a sauna, and I expected atleast some form of compensation for the trouble. the breakfast area was filled with loud guests. I almost gave a good review for the friendly staff, but when the TV was fuzzy, I just couldn’t.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me print documents during my first stay. I recommend it for a relaxed experience, and I'm coming back for the new year!
