The hotel had a stunning view of the canal and the neighborhood was charming. The room was small but clean, and the shower was amazing - one of the best I've ever had. The wifi was reliable and even worked in the pub across the canal, which was a nice bonus. The location was central and convenient, making it easy to walk or bike to all the attractions.

There was some noise at night from people walking across the canal, so the soundproofing could have been better. Additionally, there was a scaffold on the edge of my window that wasn't mentioned beforehand, although it didn't obstruct my view and there was no work noise.

The clean and well-maintained spaces throughout, with a mix of classic and contemporary styles, created a lovely ambiance. The hotel team, from doorman to general manager, was excellent. The breakfast, included in my room rate, offered a delicious buffet and made-to-order options, with a scenic view of the canal. my stay was enjoyable and I would gladly return to this hotel in the future.

Wow, what a great value for my money! The room was immaculate and the view of the old town from my window was simply breathtaking. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the beautiful pedestrian zone, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm.

The staff provided outstanding service with prompt room service and helpful concierge. A full body massage at the private facilities made my stay even more comfortable.

Abbiamo adorato tutto. Hotel pulitissimo e nuovo, con servizi fantastici come una spa incantevole. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La camera è spaziosissima e ci hanno persino fatto un upgrade a una Deluxe che era incredibile. Abbiamo dormito benissimo sui letti comodissimi e la stanza era super pulita e ben fornita di tutto.
