As bike riders, we loved the convenience of Novotel's location, just 5 minutes away from both the Rai metro station and tram station. It made exploring the city center a breeze. The comfortable room and complimentary bottled water were a nice touch. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Our 3-year-old had a blast in the playroom, and the breakfast selection was impressive, although the kids' menu had a bit too much sugar. Additionally, being just a short 5-minute walk from Amstelpark was a bonus. The renovated room and bathroom were clean, and the housekeeping service was spot on.

We loved this place! It is located very close to the tram stop and we had no trouble getting around the area. The hotel also offers car hire and bicycle hire, which was very convenient for us. It was great to be so close to the Park where the marathon runners were passing by. The service was top-notch, from the staff assisting us in finding certain sightseeing spots to the room service and housekeeping. The buffet breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the quality and presentation of meals at the restaurant.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel had a really clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptional, providing great advice and assistance. The location was very convenient, being close to the metro and tram stops, making transportation around the city easy. The breakfast was fantastic, with freshly squeezed orange juice and made-to-order eggs.

We recently had the pleasure of taking a romantic getaway at a hotel in a great location. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the free room upgrade. The hotel was easily accessible by public transport and we enjoyed the nearby river view.

The gym facilities were also outdated and not up to par. we had a pleasant experience but there is definitely room for improvement.

The bathroom had toiletries provided which saved us space in our luggage. The staff was warm and helpful. Breakfast was good and offered a range of options.
