I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location for exploring. The staff were very pleasant and sociable, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the open and airy bar/eating area with its Victorian wall of windows and doors. I enjoyed the option to eat outside and watch the activity on the road outside, while taking in the beautiful views of the ravine and woods. The room was comfortable and had opening windows at the front, allowing for fresh air. The cleanliness of the hotel was also notable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of high quality and offered a variety of tasty options.

I recently stayed at Hafod Guest House for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The location was stunning, with beautiful views and close proximity to Devils Falls. The refurbished room I stayed in was impressive, with high-end finishes and a sleek bathroom that included complimentary toiletries. The service from the staff was exceptional, and the food served in the restaurant was of a very high standard. it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

The hotel is set in a stunning location, surrounded by beautiful walking country and within walking distance of the famous Devil's Bridge Waterfalls. The superior room we stayed in had a lovely view and a very comfortable bed. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic and the breakfast selection was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay.

The lack of wardrobe or sufficient hangers in the room made it difficult to store our clothes properly.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The location is spectacular, with beautiful scenery all around. The food was great, both the Sunday dinner and the breakfast were delicious. The portions were very generous. The room I stayed in, the Earl of Newcastle room, was finished to a very high standard. The hotel is undergoing a full refurbishment and is set to become the go-to hotel in the area. It was also a convenient base for attending a family wedding nearby in Ysbyty Ystwyth.
