The staff at Post-Plaza Hotel & Grand Cafe were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with warmth and made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the town center. Our room, although not exactly to our taste, provided a comfortable and spacious stay. The Grand Cafe itself had a unique and visually stunning ambiance, with its original wooden roof beam structure. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a good location as it was close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. the breakfast was a decent spread with cooked-to-order eggs and a good selection of food. the Christmas decorations were a nice touch and added a festive atmosphere to the stay.

The workout area was outdated and small, needs upgrading. the staff was not very helpful, which detracted from enjoying the stay.

Beautiful dining hall, upmarket feel throughout, high-quality room fittings and fixtures, well-finished bathroom suite, large windows in room. Good quality food and coffee, friendly and warm staff. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish hotel and grand cafe. the rooms were beautifully furnished with a mix of designer and antique furniture, and offered a fantastic view of the old houses in the street. the hotel's ambiance was excellent and it was located right in the city centre. the recently renovated grand cafe, which also had its own coffee roasting facility, was a highlight. the combination of old and new elements in both the room and the hotel as a whole was impressive. a great place to stay in a convenient location.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. the location is excellent, close to the center of town, making it very convenient for exploring. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We booked a superior room and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to one of the suites, which was fantastic. the room had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. While the room decor wasn't exactly to our taste, there were some modern and funky touches that made us feel extremely comfortable. the highlight of our stay was the beautiful Grand Cafe, housed in a converted old post office building. the original wooden roof beams added a great visual aspect and maintained the architectural integrity. Secure parking at the back of the hotel was a bonus.
