We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and friendly staff. The surroundings were clean and picturesque. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was a highlight and the restaurant offered first-class dining. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave!

my recent stay at a spa in plymouth was exceptional. the staff were attentive, the facilities were amazing, and the spa treatments were top-notch. i especially loved the little touches for my wife's birthday and the serene relaxation room. we had a comfy night's sleep and enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. can't wait to go back!

Room fixtures and fittings need improvement.

Lovely room with romantic touches like rose petals, balloons, and chocolate. The restaurant had amazing food and exceptional service. The spa was clean and one of the best. Thankful for the personalized gestures for our anniversary.

Convenient and accessible location, friendly staff and great value for money. the hotel is situated near popular attractions and the staff really made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good and included in the room rate.

The room was very basic, with old furniture and outdated decor. There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it very uncomfortable during the night.

the gaia spa and pool facilities at my recent stay in plymouth were incredible, exceeding my expectations. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were lovely and attentive. a truly enjoyable experience at boringdon hall.

Bed wasn't the comfiest.

The spa facilities were amazing, with a luxurious pool area that was perfect for a romantic escape. the staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent service, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. the historic building added a touch of charm and uniqueness to the experience.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, particularly the scrambled eggs. More staff should have been available during the busy breakfast hours to maintain a higher level of service.

Glorious setting, fantastic events manager, cheerful and professional staff. Guests from around the world had a great time. Spa and gym were great for those who wanted to stay fit. Key location facts: close proximity to attractions? and easy access to public transportation? Enjoyed the great weather during the stay.

Shortage of staff in the dining area caused delays in service. Non-waiter took an order and forgot to bring tea for 20 minutes.

Courteous and helpful staff.

For us it was ideal.

We spent the most lavish weekend at this hotel. The luxurious spa and wellness centre, complete with an indoor swimming pool, multiple saunas and steam rooms, and a wide variety of beauty treatments, left us feeling totally rejuvenated. The sun terrace, with its heated swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers, was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the garden area. We were also impressed with the private facilities, including the leisure/TV room and make-up services, which added a touch of exclusivity to our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the dinner portions. Though the food was incredibly tasty and satisfying, we left feeling a little hungry.
