The hotel staff, especially Rhoda, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish with modern furniture and decor. The balcony overlooking the water pond was a refreshing bonus. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured we had everything we needed, including soft, fluffy towels. The happy hour with snacks and drinks was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

During my recent stay at Embassy Suites, I experienced exceptional customer service from the staff. The front desk team, especially Cheryl and Debbie, was prompt and compassionate in assisting me with my room arrangements. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in. Additionally, Mindy, the bartender, made me feel right at home with her friendly demeanor and efficient service.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the poor lighting in the rooms and the undersized bathroom, the potential of this hotel is evident. With attention to detail and addressing issues such as stained carpets, limited elevators, and restricted minors in certain areas, this hotel can truly become fantastic.

I had a great time at Embassy Suites during my recent stay in Indianapolis. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, and I particularly enjoyed the little balcony where I could relax and take in the view. The breakfast omelets were delicious and the orange juice was refreshing. The hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, which made exploring the area easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Indianapolis.

The hotel offered great value for money, with basic amenities and a really comfortable bed. Location was also excellent, close to restaurants and the highway. Breakfast was included and there were tons of options, making it easy to start the day.

The hotel offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for our New Year getaway. the free breakfast was a great perk and the evening reception with complimentary drinks was a nice touch. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Moreover, the spacious and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the slow elevators were a bit frustrating, especially when we were in a rush.

We're currently enjoying our Spring Break at a hotel in a good area with everything close by. The breakfast is of quality as mentioned in other reviews, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, with amenities such as a fridge and microwave.

The elevators aren't enough to accommodate guests as mentioned in reviews.

I loved the spacious rooms with two TVs, perfect for when someone wants to sleep while others watch TV. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the included breakfast was far superior to other hotels I've stayed in. The Manager's Reception with free drinks was a cool perk. The pool had designated adult-only hours, which I appreciated. The hotel had everything I needed and never ran out of towels or blankets.
