The hotel had a fantastic indoor pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The playground was under maintenance during my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. I enjoyed the delicious food at the buffet breakfast. Only downside was the noise level in the halls late at night.

I loved my recent experience. The morning coffee from the Java shop was a nice start to the day. My husband and I enjoyed the walking trails nearby and the tranquil outdoor spaces were a perfect way to unwind. We also found the dining options satisfying, especially the buffet breakfast. In our time, I particularly appreciated having the option for late check-out. It made exploring the area more relaxing. Great family-friendly environment.

The noise levels from kids in the indoor pool made it hard to relax, particularly for adults looking for a quieter space. Dining at Bonnie & Clyde was a letdown. the food quality was subpar, especially the pizza, and the service was slow at best. Some areas felt outdated, like the outdoor pool chairs, which could use a refresh. The confusion about wait service in the restaurant was frustrating, leading to some guests leaving without a meal. Soundproofing was lacking, allowing for disturbances from hallways that interrupted sleep.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

This amazing stay exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The King Room was spotless with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive selection that fueled our adventures. We felt genuinely cared for with daily housekeeping. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Super sweet location, but waiting ages for towels by the pool was a total letdown. Heaps of friendly staff made up for it, though.

The location offered quick access to nearby attractions, making it ideal for our family trip. We enjoyed the amazing baked chocolate cakes from the restaurant, and the friendly staff, particularly Mario, truly enhanced our experience. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after our busy days. However, the outdoor seating near the pool could use some updates to enhance comfort.

I really enjoyed the spacious queen room, which was perfect for my family and had all the comforts we needed. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice spots to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the outdoor pool chairs could use a little updating, but it didn’t take away from our fun! 😄

It was just a proper fit for resting at all in Grapevine with very good value for money. The staff were nice enough to help with extra towels when we needed them after a long day. Remember to check the restaurant hours if you're planning on dining there.

Had a fantastic stay! My Queen Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. The bed was super comfy with feather pillows. The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hot tub felt amazing. Loved having a fitness center, too. So many amenities to enjoy—it made a great family trip!

Had a great time with friends at this hotel. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The fitness center was also a huge plus. We explored the nearby shopping mall and had a fantastic time. The on-site dining options were convenient for us too.

One downside was the lack of quiet during the night. we could hear too much noise from other guests in the hallways.
