The staff at the lodge were absolutely amazing! They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the food was also delicious with plenty of options to choose from at every meal. the best part was the breathtaking view from the dining area and verandahs, overlooking the park.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the rooms were quite loud due to the design, allowing outside noise to easily be heard.

I recently stayed at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge for a week-long vacation. The lodge exceeded my expectations in every way. The best part was being able to watch wild animals pass by the hotel in the evening, creating a truly memorable experience. The staff were incredible, providing exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my group, especially as we had senior citizens with mobility issues. The check-in staff ensured we had a room close to the main entrance, which was greatly appreciated. On top of that, the dining room staff surprised me with beautiful decorations for my birthday and even arranged a special birthday surprise during dinner. The food in the buffet was tasty and enjoyable, and the breakfast staff even quickly improvised packed lunches for us when we realized we had forgotten to order them. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, breakfast, and staff were all outstanding.

Perfect location in the middle of the national park! Exceptional service and great facilities. the staff was friendly and provided wonderful customer service. We enjoyed delicious meals and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the views from the lodge overlooking the waterhole were amazing and we were able to see plenty of wildlife. it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

One negative aspect was having to pay an additional park fee to enter the national park, even though we were staying within the park. This fee should have been included in the stay or at least notified in advance.

Beautiful rustic camp in the park, with friendly staff and great food. Stunning views from dining area and verandahs. Well-maintained roads, 4x4 required for smaller roads.

The meals were amazing with a wide variety of options, including made, to, order pasta and omelets. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. the location of the lodge, right in the middle of the national park, was unbeatable.
