Good service from Ksysztof, immediate response to requests, welcome drink. Quiet hotel with good furniture, air conditioning and restaurants. Recommended for everyone.

During my Christmas stay, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the first thing I loved about it was the cleanliness. the room was spotless and well-maintained, giving me a sense of comfort and relaxation. Secondly, the location was great. It was easily accessible by public transportation, which was a huge advantage for me. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like. First, there was a distinct smell of garbage in the bathroom if it stayed dry for a long time.

Exceptionally helpful staff when my hairdryer broke on New Year's Eve. They let me use a spare room to dry my hair, saving my evening. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Hotel Apis in Krakow! Our purpose of travel was a family vacation and we stayed for a few nights. The hotel was perfect for us, especially since we had children and a dog. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to park our car easily. Additionally, the hotel staff, including the bartender Arek and the receptionist lady, were welcoming and friendly. The highlight of our stay was the amazing food at the Mozaika restaurant, especially the duck. The staff overall were very nice, friendly, and helpful.

We loved the location of this place, situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The service here was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and an airport shuttle available. The room amenities were fantastic, including comfortable sitting areas, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also superb, with a restaurant serving a delicious continental breakfast and fine dining for lunch and dinner.
