Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable amenities.

Despite raising the issue with the staff, it was not resolved promptly, impacting my overall experience. I also found the washing laundry service to be quite expensive and inefficient, adding to my frustrations during the stay.

I love the friendly and attentive service here, especially from Ms. Qamar during check-in and check-out. The room is quite comfortable, offering a delightful city view which adds to the ambiance. The facilities are well-maintained, and the proximity to local shops is incredibly convenient for a solo traveler.

One downside is that the noise insulation in the rooms could be improved.

The hotel provided excellent service, and I was surprised by the

complimentary water provided in our room daily, which was a nice touch. Overall, I had a great experience regardless of the few inconveniences.

I encountered several issues during my stay that left me frustrated. While the hotel was generally pleasant, the WiFi connectivity was a major headache, often dropping during crucial moments. To top it off, the room cleaning was inconsistent, often happening much later in the day, which was inconvenient after long outings.

Chioma and the cleaning staff ensured our room was spotless, while Kerolis' friendly demeanor made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The convenient location near shops and tourist attractions was quite beneficial.

my stay was so disappointing, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. first, the breakfast was downright unimpressive, only edible items were watermelon and cucumber. then, when asking for an early check-in, I felt like i was just a walk-in guest. I was inconvenienced without any form of compensation. is this how they treat guests?

Utilize their shuttle service. it runs every 20 minutes to major destinations and is a convenient way to explore the city without additional transportation costs.

edge by rotana hotel is perfectly located near the al jadaf metro station, making it easy to explore attractions like the dubai mall, la mer beach, wafi mall, and dubai festival city. The staff is fantastic. muhammad naseer went above and beyond to help me with a charger. the hotel provides clean rooms and has a lovely atmosphere.

I enjoyed my time at the hotel, especially the Cheers Pub. It offered good drinks and snacks, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was attentive but not overwhelming. I had a mix-up at check-in regarding my travel card, but I approached another staff member who clarified the situation. I appreciate the effort they made to resolve it. As someone from Italy who loves road trips, I value clear communication during travels.

the hotel was really nice, super clean rooms and the staff was always friendly, especially Chioma and Dulanjani who made sure everything was perfect for us. the food was also yum and the location was decent with shops nearby. plus, the free shuttle service was a big help to get around town.

but the wifi cut off right when we were waiting for our ride, and we had some issues with the air conditioning being way too cold at night.

Proximity to a metro station made exploring the area convenient.

This hotel suits me perfectly. It offers free Wi-Fi in public areas, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. I remember the staff assisting me with returning documents I left behind. I highly recommend using the shuttle service to explore the area. I’m coming back for a business trip.
