The hotel has a fantastic location near the city center and transport hub, making it convenient for travelers. The view from the higher floors is stunning. The staff is polite and the hotel is kept clean. The decor is fun and gets people talking. The beds are comfortable and there is a luggage room with a secure tag system for peace of mind. The breakfast is delicious and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The laundry facility on the second floor is excellent. The staff is helpful and accommodating, particularly when dealing with a mess or any special needs.

This budget-friendly hotel is perfectly located close to the city center and right next to the main train station. The rooms are surprisingly comfortable, with sleek and modern bathrooms. The staff is exceptional, always attentive, smiling, and very helpful. The hotel offers fast and stable WiFi. Guests can enjoy plenty of desk space to work.

The breakfast service could be improved, as some guests experienced long waits for hot tea and dirty tables due to understaffing.

We had a nice romantic getaway and were in awe of the amazing view from our room. the staff were friendly and offered a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in bed, which was a much-appreciated gesture.

There was no fridge or minibar, and the room was overly warm, making it hard to sleep. the elevator was dirty and the walls were thin, making it noisy at night.

Conveniently located next to the train station and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The modern building offers private parking and great views of the city. The staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean with plenty of free space. The hotel also has a fitness center and game room, though I did not try them out.

The location of the hotel was great, with the train station and bus stop to the airport just a short distance away. The view from our room was amazing, especially since we were on a high floor. Another advantage was the fancy and fresh design of the hotel, which gave it a cool vibe.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the room, as the walls needed to be refreshed and there were unsightly stains on the window and curtains left by previous customers. This was quite off-putting and disgusting.

The staff were fantastic, providing helpful service with a smile. We especially appreciated the dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services - it really helped make our stay more comfortable. The tours/ticket assistance was also a nice touch, and we enjoyed the happy hour. The room was well-appointed with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities. We also enjoyed the terrace and the flat-screen TV.
