We loved the pool and hot tub, especially being able to swim after hours. Staff was apologetic about the hot tub issues. We had a great stay with our family, they accommodated all our requests, and even allowed us to check out a little later. The hotel is clean and a great value.

Our recent stay at Nichols Inn was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our new baby and they were incredibly accommodating, providing us with a clean and quiet room even when we arrived early. The location was also ideal, with several restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the casino, Mall of America, and nearby shopping areas. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the pool and jacuzzi were always empty when we used them. We will definitely be coming back.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and room was impressive, not even a spot of dust. The facility also had a great lobby lounge area where our family gathered for visiting, and the staff was very accommodating in removing a bed from our room to make space for our son's bed and hoyer lift. The complimentary coffee, tea, and juice available all day long was a nice touch.
