The staff was generally friendly and accommodating.

The room had an awful, lingering smell that made it unbearable. My allergies flared up from the dust on the sheets, and the air conditioning unit sounded like it was about to break down. To top it off, the vending machines were lacking basic drink options, which is disappointing for travelers. I expected more for the price I paid.

I had a spontaneous trip and got a great rate on a room. The place surprised me with its cleanliness and the soft water in the shower. I appreciated the ceiling fan and cold AC. I enjoyed exploring the local area, and visiting the nearby windmill museum was a highlight. Overall, my stay met my needs. I felt at home traveling from Rome with my partner.

I stayed in a double room with two queen beds. The room was clean and quiet, which I really appreciated. It had a microwave and a fridge, super handy! The bathroom was decent, but a bit dated. The bed was comfy, although a little worn. The TV had tons of cable options, which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect for me–close to Texas Tech and hospitals. Just wish the breakfast had more choices! Still, it was a solid place for the price.
