Excellent room with good view, superb spa and pool, cooperative staff, delicious breakfast with variety of options, best hotel experience.

We had a great time celebrating the New Year. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast and wifi, which was reliable throughout our stay. The spacious and clean room was definitely a highlight.

The soundproofing in our room wasn't great and we could hear noises from other rooms at times. We were also disappointed when we put the "do not disturb" sign on the door but our afternoon nap was interrupted by a phone call asking if we wanted housekeeping.

The queen size bedroom is spacious with a modern feel and a nice view. There are both indoor and outdoor pools with a jacuzzi. The bar and restaurant serve delicious food, and the breakfast options are impressive. The view of the skyline is breathtaking.

During our stay at W Shanghai - The Bund, we were amazed by the exceptional service provided to us. The staff knew it was a special occasion for us and went above and beyond to make it memorable. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff made us feel like we were the only guests they had. The room had a trendy and fun decor, with incredible views of the Bund. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, ensuring a good night's rest. The variety of breakfast options was divine, and the Woo cocktail bar served delicious and beautifully presented cocktails. The hotel's facilities, including the pool, were top-notch. We were truly impressed with the level of service and the overall experience at W Shanghai - The Bund.

The hotel had a trendy and stylish decor, which I really enjoyed. The design was modern and up-to-date. The facilities were well-equipped and conveniently located. It was easy to access everything I needed during my stay.- The food at the hotel was good. While not exceptional, it was satisfying and didn't leave me disappointed.

Some guests have reported a slight issue with room sizes, but overall the experience is still highly enjoyable.

My luxury needs were completely fulfilled during my stay here. The exclusive amenities provided were top-notch, and the hotel's location advantages were evident. The well-trained staff offered great service, and the Spa & wellness centre was a lovely retreat. The indoor swimming pool was superb, and the sauna was a nice touch. The Spa lounge was relaxing, and the treatment room was well-serviced. The restaurants offered in-room breakfast, poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area and snack bar had the perfect ambiance. The food was tasty with Special diet menus, and the private facilities were perfect for high-class individuals. I was impressed by this hotel’s luxurious features and the variety of facilities available, not to mention the exquisite restaurant and bar options.

Although there was not much to criticize, the windows could not be opened. It wasn't a major concern, but it would have been nice to have the option for some fresh air.

The view from our king corner room was exceptional, with a great sight of the river, TV tower, and the Bund. The bathroom was a standout, with a long bathtub, luxurious carpets, and delightful-smelling products. We loved the added amenities like Bluetooth speakers, wine glasses, water bottles, and magazines. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options, and we even had the option to take some bakery items to go. The room itself was super comfy and had all the expected amenities. The location was convenient, near a mall for quick and easy meals, and the outdoor pool was a nice touch.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.

Spectacular view, relaxing bath, attentive staff, good coffee, outdoor pool, calm atmosphere.
