The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options.

There was some disappointment with the rooftop pool, as it was smaller than expected, and the outdoor seating areas were lacking.

The staff were great, always going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the location was key, with easy access to public transport and a short walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and well-kept, with all the amenities we needed. I especially enjoyed the delicious food served in the restaurant and the festive atmosphere during the New Year's Eve party.

The soundproofing in the room, as we could hear some noise from the corridor during busy periods. Nevertheless, overall, we had a great time and would recommend the hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
