We decided to extend our stay at Van Der Valk Hotel and the receptionist kindly found us a room for two nights with an upgrade for the second night. The new section of the hotel where our room was located was quiet and well-equipped. The bed was excellent and we enjoyed taking long walks in the countryside from the hotel. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a balcony or terrace. The bathroom was equally spacious and had a large walk-in shower and separate bath. The hotel also had a nice bar with excellent drinks and food. it was a great value for money experience.

I spent the NYE at this hotel and I loved it! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, always happy to assist and make recommendations. The location was perfect, right by the water and with easy access to nearby attractions. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh bread, fruit, and hot dishes. I also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor terrace and the stunning lake view from the restaurant.

The internet connection was not reliable and kept cutting out during my stay. , the room could have been cleaner as I spotted some areas that needed attention.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with tables outside where we could enjoy the nice weather. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the free on-site parking, which was a bonus.
