My experience at Nordic Villa was frustrating from the start. Upon arrival, I found that the air conditioning in my room was outdated, making it uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, I faced issues with housekeeping. they repeatedly failed to refill my bathroom amenities despite my requests, which was incredibly disappointing.

We found the location incredibly convenient, being within walking distance of Jabi Lake Mall and Shoprite, making shopping and dining very accessible. The room was clean and stylish, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The staff were supportive and eager to assist us, which made our teamwork on project preparation much smoother.
