I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pools with the water park slides. The location was perfect, close to shopping centers and the international airport.

Excessive crowds and long lines, possibly due to the timing of the visit. Limited selection of desserts and subpar alcoholic drinks.

Good value for money and the catering staff were really friendly. The food was tasty and diverse. The room service was decent. the hotel’s location was convenient.

The reception and guest relations staff were not friendly and sometimes even aggressive. There was a clear problem with the insufficient number of elevators for such a large resort.

As a guest, I enjoyed top-notch service from friendly and attentive staff, who provided high-quality massages and body scrubs. The restaurant served delicious dishes with a variety of options, including vegan and gluten-free, and the chic bar/lounge area was perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail.

While my stay was overall fantastic, I did notice a minor issue with the steam room being out of order during my visit. However, the hotel made up for it by offering a complimentary manicure at their treatment room.

We had a wonderful vacation at a beautiful hotel located by the beach. Our room had a stunning sea view and was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel had the best pools we have ever seen, and our baby enjoyed playing in the specially designed baby pool with slides and swings. The food at the a la carte restaurant was delicious, and the waiters were friendly and attentive. The facilities, including the water park slides, were excellent.

The hotel could improve on providing invoices to guests.
