The view from my room at the Grande Fjord was breathtaking. Waking up to the fjord every day was a treat. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the staff were attentive. The free car ride to and from Geiranger Village was a bonus. I had a lovely stay.

The highlight of our stay at Grande Fjord was definitely the amazing dinner buffet. The food was incredibly fresh and well-prepared, and we loved the variety of options available. The view from the top of the hotel during dinner was absolutely stunning, with a long sunset period over the peaceful fjord. We also enjoyed the extensive drink choices, and I had a great local beer to accompany my meal. Additionally, the camp down the hotel was a fantastic place to take a leisurely walk and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely stay at this hotel for at least two nights on our next trip to Norway.

Minor drawbacks included the slightly expensive buffet and a limited vegan menu option. However, overall, the dining experience at Grande Fjord Hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel for a refreshing and memorable stay during your trip to Norway.

We loved the convenient shuttle service and close proximity to the city center. The free laundry room and non-alcoholic beverages were a great bonus. The restaurant had delicious food and the staff were amazing. The hotel's location next to the camping site allowed us to easily book activities like boat rentals. Perfect for families with children.

Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location was incredible, away from the super touristy areas yet close enough to the town center. Our room was cozy with a beautiful view of the fjord from the balcony. The bathroom had modern fixtures and everything was clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was polite and helpful. Additionally, the laundry facility was very useful.

The hotel lacked proper ventilation, and keeping the windows open was the only solution leading to a stuffy room in summer.

The room I was given was absolutely stunning, with a balcony that had the most breathtaking view of the fjord. It was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly loved the jacuzzi with its stunning fjord view. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide range of healthy options to start my day off right. The location of the hotel was perfect, just down the hill in the center of a small town in "fjord country". I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my time in this area.

The hotel offered a nice touch with complimentary coffee and tea in the room and a gym to burn off those extra thanksgiving calories. the location was perfect, with stunning views right from the balcony. We also enjoyed the ease of parking, making it convenient to come and go as we pleased.

The breakfast was a bit below average. There weren't many options to choose from, and the quality of the food was not up to par with our expectations.
