I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the center of Prague. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the clock tower where you can find the Prague Astronomical Clock. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They all spoke fluent English, making communication easy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I had a fantastic experience in this hotel in the heart of this city.

The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and friendly service. We enjoyed the drinks and the view of the city from up there. The hotel's architecture was stunning and added to the overall charm of the place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They were not willing to make a dinner reservation for us at a nearby restaurant and only pushed their own expensive laundry service.

The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The Black Angels bar was a highlight, with the bartender Michael serving delightful cocktails and providing excellent service. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

The room I stayed in was directly under the roof, causing it to get quite hot and noisy from the rooftop bar nearby. The double bed was a bit small and the bathroom only had a bathtub, making it inconvenient for taller individuals to shower comfortably.

We loved the central location of the hotel - it couldn't have been more convenient in the heart of Prague Old Town. The hotel staff were kind, helpful, and made check-in quick and easy. The hotel itself had a charming medieval look and the furnishings were well-maintained. The restaurant served delicious meals and we highly recommend making a reservation at the Black Angel's bar.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and prepared our room for early check-in, providing all the necessary amenities for our baby. The breakfast buffet was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location on the Square by the clock allowed us easy access to the majority of tourist spots in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel and the daily room service were also exceptional.

The location was absolutely amazing, just a few yards from the Astronomical Clock and the Old Town Square. My room, number 41, was beautifully decorated and very peaceful. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location, lovely rooms, and excellent breakfast.

Felt like family, nothing to complain about.

We absolutely loved staying in the Junior Suite at this hotel! The windows overlooking the main square allowed us to relax and take in the vibrant atmosphere right from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant and cellar bar were fantastic, offering amazing views and delicious food. We also highly recommend the Black Angels cocktail bar in the basement, where the bar staff are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing from their extensive cocktail menu. Additionally, we were impressed with the size of Apartment 1 in the building next door, it was absolutely huge!

We felt really welcomed during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.
