Amazing ocean view from our room with a comfortable king-size bed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the service was friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I would recommend this hotel for its great service and beautiful room with a view.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, with stunning views from the room. It was also conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and bars, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide range of choices, from pastries and fruit to a full English breakfast. It was a great way to start the day.

There were a few negative aspects to note. Secondly, there was often a long queue at the coffee station, and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

At the same time, it's well positioned for different activities' pick-up, making it easy to arrange trips and excursions. The spacious rooms feature beautiful views, especially those overlooking the ocean and the boats. Moreover, the breakfast is great, with plenty of options and flavors to choose from.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center and overlooking the breathtaking sea. We couldn't have asked for a better view. The convenience was also unparalleled, with the airport bus stopping right outside the hotel and the port just a stone's throw away. It made exploring Tromso a breeze.

We had an incredible stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with amazing views of the harbor and snow-capped mountains. We were within walking distance of all the restaurants, shopping mall, and even a supermarket. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable and the staff provided excellent service. We were impressed with the range of amenities offered, including services like dry cleaning and bicycle hire. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The hotel's restaurant and bar were also top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The hotel manager went above and beyond, personally reaching out to ensure we had a great stay. We couldn't recommend this place enough to our friends!

The location of this place is perfect for anyone visiting. Right by the river, it's easy to get to everything near the center of the city. The staff here are friendly and managed to treat me well during my stay. The breakfast buffet served here was superb and there were many dishes to choose from. They also had a great bar area for a drink before bed.
