Incredible views over the harbor, close proximity to transportation hubs, heated bathroom floors

Noise levels were unacceptably loud, leading to disrupted sleep!!! Additionally, cleaning staff seemed insufficient, as areas were neglected and cleanliness was compromised during my stay!!! Room sizes felt cramped for the price paid!!!

The highlight of my stay was the extensive breakfast buffet, especially the variety of fresh seafood. The central location made it easy to explore Tromsø, but the room noise from the harbor was a minor drawback.

Waking up to a deliciously abundant breakfast buffet each morning was the highlight of my stay! The cultural elements were a delightful surprise, making each meal feel special. Plus, a clean room with a harbor view made every moment feel magical.

However, the noise from the busy road outside was a tad distracting, especially early in the morning. I also faced a bit of a delay at check-in as the staff seemed preoccupied, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.

I revel in the stunning views across the water from my room, as it directly faces the harbor. The breakfast selection is fantastic, featuring an abundance of vegetarian and vegan options that cater to all dietary needs, offering a variety of fresh produce and hearty grains.

I appreciated the fresh seafood offered on the menu, especially after a day of exploring. As someone from Rome who loves road trips, I found the location convenient for activities. Unfortunately, the heating in the room did not work properly during my stay, making it uncomfortable.

On returning from an excursion, we encountered a loud party in the lobby that was poorly managed by staff. This chaotic environment persisted, affecting our overall experience, despite the beautiful views from our room.
