The charming apartment was perfect for our two-night stay between tours. Its location was walkable to the ferry, grocery stores, and restaurants. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was even a washing machine. The owner, Lynn, was very accommodating. The apartment was in a quiet residential street with a locked gate for extra safety. It had modern renovations and beautiful outside landscaping. The good water pressure and cleanliness were impressive, as was the modern TV. it was a great experience.

The main double bed was too soft and had bad roll together, so we ended up using the two single beds. There was a lot of black hair everywhere, which was off-putting.

Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the off street parking being on the public road and the beds not being particularly comfortable, overall I would recommend this hotel for its good compromise between price and location.

The staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The hotel's proximity to Auckland city centre and Waiheke Island made it a great location for exploring.

During our Easter stay, we had a wonderful time at this hotel. the first thing we liked was the friendly and accommodating staff. They made sure we had an early check, in and a late check, out, which was very helpful. the second fact that we appreciated was the comfortable bed. It was so cozy that we didn't want to leave it in the morning. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great. It was in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to the main attractions of the city.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like about our stay. the curtains in the living area were too sheer, which meant that anyone from the outside could see inside.
