The location in the centre of the town was perfect, right in the market square. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and well-decorated room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was located right in the square, which made it easy for us to explore the charming old market town and visit other nearby attractions in the Cotswolds. Our room was exquisite, with a luxurious bathroom that added a touch of elegance to our stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially during breakfast where we were treated to a delicious meal. The view of the river from our room was a lovely bonus that added to our overall experience.

There was one aspect of the hotel that we found disappointing. The lack of on-site parking meant that we had to park in a nearby car park, which made us slightly concerned about the security of our vehicle overnight.

I recently stayed at The Bower House in Shipston-on-Stour for a romantic weekend getaway. The stylish and stunning room had a comfortable bed and delightful finishing touches. The Classic FM music playing upon our arrival created a relaxing atmosphere. The mini fridge stocked with a variety of drinks and fresh milk, along with the nespresso machine, added a nice touch. The bathroom was truly impressive, with a luxurious shower and a beautiful roll-top bath complete with spa products. The warm welcome we received from Paul and his team made us feel at home throughout our stay. The well-stocked mini bar, tea, and coffee facilities, as well as the homemade cookies, added to the overall exceptional experience. The breakfast, included in the package, was of high quality, with amazing smashed avocado, fresh juices, and coffee. We also had a memorable dinner at the hotel, where the food was outstanding and the service provided by Grace was impeccable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds and Stratford without feeling overwhelmed by tourists. We can't wait to return to this boutique-style gem.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious suite with separate bedrooms and a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom felt luxurious and the crystal glasses in the minibar were a lovely touch. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby eateries and pubs. The manager, Paul, was friendly and professional, making us feel right at home.
